Please notify us immediately if you have traveled outside of the country within 30 days
AND
have FEVER, COUGH, or SHORTNESS OF BREATH
OR
had close contact with a person with COVID-19.
If YES to any of the above, please contact your family care physician immediately and allow us to reschedule you.
Our office is open and seeing patients.
